What payment methods are available?

We accept multiple secure payment methods within India, including:

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted payment system to ensure safe and reliable transactions.

What happens if a returned item fails quality inspection?

All return requests are subject to strict quality inspection.

If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, altered, swapped, or different from the original item shipped, the return request will be rejected and no refund will be processed.

Customers are advised to return the product in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

How long does delivery take ?

We ship products within India through our trusted logistics partners.

Delivery time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location and PIN code serviceability.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment status.

Can I cancel my order after placing it ?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers are requested to contact our support team immediately if they wish to cancel their order within the allowed time frame.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:


  1. Check the item at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Submit a return or complaint request with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.

Our team will verify the claim, and once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

How does the rerturn & refund process work ?

You can request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Return Charges:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed after inspection and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof to get a free return and full refund or replacement.
